MARIO RAMOS SR., 50, passed away Thurs­day, April 10, 2008. Mario was born in El Paso, Texas on Novem­ber 30, 1957 to Jose and Inez Ramos. Things were kind of slow in the city back in the early 90s to the point that crime was down to zero. Since the El Paso Police depart­ment had so much extra time on their hands they did this music video.
